Three-Year First-Round Keeper Limit

Beginning with the 2027 season, the same franchise may use a first-round keeper designation on the same player for no more than three seasons total. Qualifying first-round keeper seasons before 2027 count toward the limit; a trade gives the acquiring franchise its own three-season window.

Keeper Round ADP Tiebreaker

Beginning with the 2026 season, Sleeper redraft ADP determines the order of players when multiple keepers on the same franchise carry the same keeper-round value. The higher-ranked player receives the earlier, more expensive keeper round.

Annual League Dues Increase to $300

Beginning with the 2026 season, annual dues increase from $250 to $300 per franchise. With ten franchises the prize pool becomes $3,000, with the additional $500 distributed across the existing Fantasy Football and Pick’em payout structure.
