Keeper Round ADP Tiebreaker

League Proposition · Pending Vote · Effective 2026
“When two keepers want the same chair, somebody needs an assigned seat.”

Why This Is on the Docket

When multiple keepers on the same franchise carry the same draft-round value, one player must move to an earlier—and therefore more expensive—round. The current rules explain that the duplicate round moves earlier, but they do not objectively determine which player takes the higher cost.

Current Rule

Duplicate keeper rounds are resolved by moving one player to the next earlier available round. No published tiebreaker currently determines which player moves.

Proposed Rule

Beginning with the 2026 season, when two or more keepers on the same franchise have the same keeper-round value, the player with the higher Sleeper redraft ADP will receive the earlier—and more expensive—draft-round designation.

Sleeper redraft ADP is the official source.

ADP is recorded after keeper selections lock on August 15.

The higher-ranked player receives the earlier available round.

If Sleeper does not provide usable ADP, the Commissioners will publish one alternate source and apply it consistently.
